Players can't seem to get better aim after watching multiple guides. I created a product to help people improve accuracy based on the research I performed.

Project Context
CONTEXT 01
Users asked me to create a coaching program
When I celebrated Twitch Partner, I asked my community how I can give back. As I'm known for my high accuracy, they wanted me to help them by coaching.
CONTEXT 02
Formed from experiences
This is based on my experiences as a high level FPS game player. This resulted in less product explorations and reiterations.
USER RESEARCH
To understand the problem, I interviewed six people within my community to understand the problem.
Before diving into this case study, it's important to understand that users: consume guides, aim train, THEN play games. Aim training involves using a scenario to practice technique that transfers to games.
Aim training and it's benefits.
The key issue is — guides are often too broad of a topic. Interviewees fail to find information that's relevant to their problem, especially with the high amount of resources available.
Users find it hard to self diagnosis and improve when guides are too broad.
From previous experience, my accuracy improved greatly after resolving outside factors. However, the guides I viewed failed to acknowledge these underlying issues. Knowing this, I investigated if my interviewees considered outside factors. 90% of interviewees did not.
Outside factors and specific problems they cause in section below.
What are outside factors?
Factors not relating to aim technique (ex: too much tension in wrist) but, contribute to the problem.
How this data shaped the product
A consultation phase was added to the program to minimize issues before training starts.
Users often have very high sensitivity such as 12cm/360. 12 centimeters to turn results in over shooting targets.
TWO PRIMARY PROBLEMS
PRODUCT IDEATION
Although I found the problem, the end-goal is to develop a product to improve a user's aim. I set out to ask my community to understand what users want and need.
Resolve underlying problems to improve aim training efficiency.
