My task is to select a provided scenario and create a flow chart on how a customer completes a task. Per my assignment I was required to include:

• Entry points

• Core task steps

• Key decision points

• Alternate paths

• Exit Point

Constraints

I chose to translate the process of purchasing concert tickets for Ticketmaster. My flow chart assumes that a user searches for tickets based on an artist - not by city or venue.
